An award-winning writer, she is the co-author of “Let Your Dough Ri$e : A Woman’s Financial Recipe Book.” Maureen is a frequent guest on CBS, Studio 10, and talk radio nationwide.

She was born and educated in England and knows from experience that academic achievements are not the only requirement for obtaining and sustaining professional success. Prior to becoming a published writer she found her niche in financial services. There, she worked for more than a decade as an award–winning broker with a national firm. Previously for 13 years, she was the owner of an interior design company with an international clientele, and was also the sole proprietor of a furniture factory.

Currently, Maureen owns two businesses and is a writer, publishing in travel, fictional short stories and poetry. She is a popular speaker and uses her 25+ years of extensive experience in business and in theatre, to enlighten students and stoke their imagination with hope and determination.
